Subscription

These terms govern the subscription to paulomuhongo.pt, an independent publishing website by Paulo Muhongo, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: subscricoes@paulomuhongo.pt.

What the subscription includes

The subscription gives access to new texts while they are exclusive (3 days after publication, or 20 days for the most-read texts) and an email whenever a new text is published.

Price and payment

The subscription costs €0.99 a month. Payment is processed by Stripe and renews automatically every month until cancelled. The price may change; any change is announced by email at least 30 days in advance and only applies to the following period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time under “Manage subscription”. Access continues until the end of the period already paid and there are no further charges. Partial periods are not refunded, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

Use of the texts

The texts are for personal use. You may share links; you may not reproduce the full texts without permission.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt. Electronic complaints book: www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
