Frequently asked questions
How do the exclusive texts work?
Each new text is reserved for subscribers for 3 days. After that, it is free for everyone. The most-read texts in those days (200 readers or more) stay exclusive for 20 days from publication.
How do I cancel?
Sign in with your email, click “Manage subscription” and choose cancel. You keep access until the end of the month already paid and won’t be charged again.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page. The available methods (card and others) are shown at checkout. Your card details never pass through our site.
Do I get a payment receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment, and all receipts are available under “Manage subscription”.
Can I stop receiving the emails?
Yes. Every email has a link to stop receiving them. Your subscription stays active.
